New Art Release: Twede’s Cafe from Twin Peaks + Seattle Pop-Up Event This Weekend!

Hey friends!

Super excited to share three brand-new images that I’ve just released! ✨ I’ll have them available this Saturday from 1-6 PM at the I Heart Indie Markets pop-up event in Ballard. You can find me at Urban Family Brewing—come say hi!

Twede’s Cafe – A Slice of Twin Peaks Nostalgia ☕🍒

The first piece I’m releasing is a watercolor of Twede’s Cafe, made famous as the Double R Diner in Twin Peaks. If you’re a David Lynch fan, you’ll recognize this spot instantly! Known for its retro neon sign, classic diner vibes, and, of course, damn fine coffee and cherry pie, Twede’s is an icon. This piece captures the nostalgia of small-town diners and that cinematic Pacific Northwest mood.

74th St Ale House – A Neighborhood Favorite 🍻🏡

Next up is 74th St Ale House, a true Greenwood neighborhood gathering spot. If you’ve ever wandered along Greenwood Ave looking for a cozy place to grab a pint, you’ve probably ended up here. It’s one of those classic Seattle pubs—warm, welcoming, and always buzzing with conversation. I love capturing places like this because they hold so many stories, whether it’s regulars catching up over beers or new faces discovering it for the first time.

San Fermo – History on Ballard Ave 🍝🏠

The last piece in this new release is San Fermo, a gem on historic Ballard Ave. Housed in one of Seattle’s oldest intact residential structures, dating back to the 1850s, this charming spot has a wild past! Originally located in the Chinatown-International District, the building was moved to Ballard 30 years ago. Now home to one of the city’s most beloved Italian restaurants, San Fermo just celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025. I love how this place blends history, architecture, and amazing food—it’s a true Seattle story.

This is such a fun event, right in the heart of Ballard’s brewery district, with local makers setting up at different participating breweries. Grab a drink, browse some amazing handmade goods, and soak in the creative vibes. 🖼️🍺

I always love these pop-ups—great people, great art, and a perfect excuse to spend an afternoon surrounded by inspiration (and good beer). Hope to see you there!

Cheers,
Ameen 🎨
